Short Biography:

Dr. Nasir Abdul Jalil currently serves as a Senior Lecturer and Program Leader for the Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) at the Department of Management, Faculty of Science, Management & Computing. In his academic role, Dr. Nasir is responsible for curriculum development, program coordination, and the continuous enhancement of educational standards to align with industry needs and emerging trends in business analytics.

As an expert in data analytics, Dr. Nasir teaches a diverse portfolio of courses that include Strategic Business Analytics, Forecasting for Management, Data Mining, Supply Chain Analytics, Customer Behaviour Analytics, Data Analytics, and Energy Technology Innovation. His teaching approach integrates theoretical frameworks with practical applications, enabling students to develop critical analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities essential for today's dynamic business environment.

Dr. Nasir is also experienced in designing educational assessments using Bloom's taxonomy, particularly for management programs with a strong emphasis on data analytics1. This expertise ensures that learning outcomes are measurable, and that students acquire competencies in higher-order thinking, such as analysis, synthesis, and evaluation.
