Dr Shuib has working Experienced in Plant Inspection including of Welding Joining Inspection and Assessment using Advance Non-Destructive Test (NDT): Metal Magnetic Memory (MMM) technology, Acoustic Emission (AE) Technology and Conventional NDTs as well as Metallographic Examination for boiler tube/piping system, Analytical technical view, Technology scanning & evaluation, and Plant Reliability Centred Maintenance decisions and management using data from Advanced Non-Destructive Test (NDT): Acoustic Emission Technology (AE), Vibration Signals, Metal Magnetic Memory (MMM) Technology, Conventional NDTs: Ultrasonic, Dye-Particle, Radiography, Eddy Current, strong analytical thinking, problems solver, excellent management & administration and strong linkage and Research & Business Networking and engineering technical OEM vendors.
