Short Biography:
Mrs. Nurul Izni Kairi is a highly experienced Lecturer and Chemist with 10 years of working experience across PETRONAS Chemicals, Acme Chemicals, and UTP. Her passion lies in curriculum design, quality assurance, quality control, and facilitation.
She implemented innovative teaching methods in curriculum delivery and won a Quality Award in the Immersive Teaching & Learning category. She was directly involved in the design and curriculum development of the Chemistry Foundation. She is passionate about exploring and transitioning new roles in learning & development, training management, learning experience, and project management in any organization outside academia to enhance workplace dynamics. She is eager to leverage her expertise in creating a positive and productive environment to elevate employee experience and growth.
