Short Biography:

Azry Borhan is a senior lecturer in the Chemical Engineering Department, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. He received his bachelor degree in Chemical Process Engineering specialized in Fuel Technology from the University of Sheffield, UK and subsequently a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Swansea, Wales, UK. His area of specialisation includes membrane separation technologies, activated carbon development from biomass for liquid and gas separation, energy utilisation from biomass and wastewater management.
