Short Biography:

Dr. Revathi Raviadaran holds a Master's in Engineering (MEng) in Chemical with Environmental Engineering and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham. She has 6 years research experience processing and optimization of palm value added compounds using clean and green technologies. She was with Clean Emerging Technology Group (Engineering Division) at Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) for 3 years before moving to Site Technical Engineering Department at BASF PETRONAS Chemicals as Senior Process Engineer where she spent another 3 years before joining Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. Her areas of interest are ultrasonics, microfluidics, nanomaterials, biomaterials, extraction and encapsulation.
